These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Symply app ("Symply", "the app"). By downloading or using Symply, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Symply is a personal health logging and education tool for asthma and allergies. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Any scores, zones, charts or insights are for information and reflection only — they cannot diagnose a condition or tell you how to treat it. Always follow the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you have read or recorded in the app.
If breathing is severely difficult, call your local emergency number immediately. Symply is not intended for use in a medical emergency.
Symply offers a 7-day free trial with full access to Premium features. After the trial, Premium can be unlocked in one of two ways:
All core symptom and peak flow logging remains free to use.
Some future features that rely on paid, per-use third-party data services — for example worldwide pollen forecasts — may be offered as a separate, optional add-on, including to Lifetime owners, because such features carry an ongoing cost to provide. We will never remove or reduce a Premium feature that was included when you purchased: a Lifetime purchase always keeps everything it included at the time you bought it.
All purchases and renewals are processed by Apple. Symply does not handle or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms.
Pollen, air-quality and weather information in Symply is supplied by third-party services. It is a forecast and an estimate — not a guarantee. Pollen forecasts in particular depend on regional coverage and are most reliable a few days ahead; for dates beyond the forecast window, Symply may show typical seasonal patterns rather than a live forecast. Always check local sources and how you actually feel.
Symply is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the app.
How Symply handles your information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: your health data stays on your device and your own private iCloud — it is never collected or sold.
Symply is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the app or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
