By downloading, installing, or using Moshed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Moshed. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Moshed is a personal concert diary for logging and tracking live music experiences. The free version allows you to log up to 20 shows. A Moshed+ subscription removes this limit and unlocks additional features. All show data, setlists, ratings, and notes are entered by you and are for personal record-keeping only. Moshed does not verify the accuracy of any information entered by users.
Moshed offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans (Monthly and Yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Prices are in the currency of your App Store region and may vary.
All data you enter into Moshed is stored locally on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account via Apple’s CloudKit service. Moshed does not operate any servers and does not collect, access, store, or transmit any of your personal data. You retain full ownership and control of your data at all times. Moshed uses public APIs (Deezer, MusicBrainz, iTunes Search) to look up artist information such as photos and metadata. Only artist names are sent to these services. No personal data is shared. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Moshed, its design, content, and features are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moshed and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Moshed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
